Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone! Especially those who are going into the field of psychology. It really sets a ground base of knowledge for you before you go into the more complicated courses. The material is fairly easy to pick up as long as you are giving forth your best effort in the class. It was very insightful to me, and has reassured me that psychology is the field I want to go into.

    Course highlights:

I personally think the main highlight was gaining a lot of general knowledge that I will need for more advanced courses. It really teaches you how the mind works, and how everybody is so different from each other, and what all that entails. It taught me a lot about personality, Inherited traits, and how we are all effected by experiences.I loved it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're going to take this course, don't expect it to be a walk in the park; but also don't work yourself up over the difficulty of it. It's really not that hard as long as you are being a productive student and putting forth your best in all that you do. Don't underestimate any "little"reading assignments. Understand, reading the chapter assigned IS a legit homework assignment. You will have a a quiz over the material so be prepared. The professor loves asking questions, and those who know the material he will tend to favor. Lastly, take this course very seriously. Just as you should any class! The knowledge you will obtain will greatly benefit you even if you're not going to end up with a psychology degree. It consists of material that will help you better understand people, which will always help you in life!
