    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Schrock has helped me to tremendously improve my writing skills. He engages with the class well and is super friendly and understanding. He incorporates C.S. Lewis and his writings into modern day issues.

    Course highlights:

I learned first how to argue effectively using pathos, ethos, and logos. Also I learned how to formulate intelligent and complex sentences; This helped my rhetorical analysis paper. While reading either novels or non fiction, he taught us how to analyze the text thoroughly, but not over read it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Before you take this course, be prepared to read a moderate amount. You read lots of book, but they are fantastic ones, so it is not boring. Also be ready to put effort into the papers you write and never be afraid to approach him for help.
