Pretty easy, overall.
Lifetime Wellness is a class that you have to take at Lipscomb at least once in your four years. It's basically a PE class that talks about how to stay healthy while meeting at least once a week to do exercises. I just don't see why we have to take a wellness class in college.
Ms. Oldham is a sweet teacher who can easily relate to her students. She picks exercises that aren't too hard and are manageable for any student. The class is nice because usually we only meet once a week and have quizzes due at the end of the week.

Since we don't meet very much it's easy to forget to do the homework. That's why I suggest getting it done in the beginning of the week so that why it'll be out of the way and you can focus on more important assignments.
