Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend taking psy101 to learn basic and learn interesting information about our human bodies.

    Course highlights:

A big highlight was picking a mental illness and doing research on the topic we chose. I picked panic disorder, that I myself suffer from. After the research I learned of many solutions of why me may have it and ways to help overcome a panic attack.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's honestly a fairly easy class if you're willing to pay attention and do the readings. Even if you don't need it for your major, it's still a good class to be able to use in life. If you're willing to put in the work, this class has many benefits.

    Course highlights:

I honestly got a main overall view of psychology in general. We went into depth on some things, but not all. We learned a variety of things from abnormal psychology to developmental psychology.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would so consider taking this course. It's a good class to have under your belt for life. It's fun and you learn quite a bit. If you're willing to put in the work, it has multiple benefits.
