    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course itself is not too difficult. It is more of how much reading you have to do. there is also a lot of personal opinion papers that are most of your grade. the professor is rather lenient but there are definitely late penalties.

    Course highlights:

Taking art appreciation is considered a humanities class. I agree, because you really have to form an opinion on art that ranges from the cavemen to todays art. it sounds simple, to form an opinion, but when you are looking at some abstract art, it really challenges the brain.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not forget to read the chapters. surprise quizzes over the chapter you were supposed to read before that class period happen frequently and based on how good you do on them, you get extra credit. so its in your best interest to keep up with the reading even when it gets dull.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very monotone, & it is a very condensed class making you feel rushed to have everything in on time

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of what makes art unique and how to tell the different mediums used in an artwork

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would personally take the semester long course instead of the condescend course
