    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr Selman is very knowledgeable about History - he never even cracked open the book! He could answer many trivia questions and made lectures fun.

    Course highlights:

I liked having Mr Selman because he is passionate about subject matter.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take it too early because it is pure lecture, and SHOW UP!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to someone who does their own research.

    Course highlights:

I learned of the events during reconstruction.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You'd do well to read the book as well as study the notes that go along with the test. Many of my classmates failed his class because they didn't study.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class and I loved my professor. She made learning something that many people find mundane quite fun. As long as you participate and join in on the discussions you'll do fine. I also like how she does the quizzes online so you don't have to cram and they're more on your schedule.

    Course highlights:

The first part of this course covers the Age of Exploration all the way up to right after the Civil War. The second part of this course focuses mainly on the World Wars.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't want to have to talk then don't take this class. She made participation a big part of our grades and it was easy for me, but some people had trouble with it. Also, there are four papers you have to write (two for the midterm and two for the final), but no big tests.
