Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Being able to balance a ledger applies to more than just accountants. Any person who runs a business or even has a hope to manage personal finances successfully needs to be knowledgeable in the balancing of accounts.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to fill out most of the basic financial statements for a company, as well as how to manage a general journal and general ledger for sole proprietorships. It was a base to build on in future classes, but also helped me to better budget in my own life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions. It is easy to get lost, so you have to ask questions before the professor moves on.
