    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wasn't thrilled that I had to take this course, but that was until I arrived in Professor Higginbotham's lecture; she was incredibly welcoming and very intelligent and it was evident that she enjoys what she does. I looked forward going to the class because each day it was something new and I walked away learning something. The class itself was pretty simple and as long as you attended and listened to what she had to say, you could easily get an A in the course. For each exam I studied about 2-3 hours, but that was because most exams covered 2-3 chapters which correlated with the in-class notes.

    Course highlights:

I can't recall everything that I learned in the course, but I can honestly say that this is one of the more informative classes that I have taken and possibly the most beneficial (not to my major, but to my health). I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was an eye opening course that I highly recommend. I cannot speak highly enough about Professor Higginbotham - if interested in this course, try to get her! You won't regret it!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and pay attention. Print off the powerpoint notes that she posts on D2L; they are fill in the blank notes, making note taking and listening a breeze! Don't miss a class or find a friend to get the answers to the notes, or else you WILL have to read through the entire chapter to find the answer (she does not typically post the answers online unless you're behind her other classes.
