    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

English 1010 taught me a lot about the world around me. Everyday, our teacher would go over world events that were going on around us. She was very patient with us and always took time out of her day to make sure we understood the lesson. She would meet with us privately to go over our papers and give us another chance to fix our mistakes. Great class!!

    Course highlights:

We learned how to read poetry and fully understand short stories. We learned how to write a proper paper in MLA format. We studied themes and author's purpose.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study every night and complete all assignments given. Stay on top of the work and make sure to ask questions if you don't understand something.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it for the fact that it is a course that teaches you a lot; however, it was hard to find communication between student and teacher.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write in a more professional way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do the work. No matter how much you may not want to do it, make time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a general education class everyone has to take it, but I had a good experience with the Dual Enrollment teacher I had.

    Course highlights:

We did a lot of papers on politics due to the election. This was the first real college class I had to take and write papers for, but I realized your grade can very much rely on how the teachers opinions fall and if you write something that he/she doesn't quite agree on it may affect your grade negatively.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have your required books and pay attention to what the teacher likes, no one likes a kiss up but it'll help your grade.
