Not too easy. Not too difficult.
He is an incredible professor! He really cares about each of his students and wants each of them to do well in the class, and wants to make sure everyone has a firm grasp on the basics of physics. He is always willing to help with course material, and is always open to questions, you just have to make sure that you ask them before the exam!
Overall, I thought that Brahmia was a good professor. Physics 203 is much easier than physics 204. 204 involves a lot more concepts compared to 203. There was weekly homework graded for accuracy and a weekly quiz in recitation. In my opinion, I thought Brahmia really worked hard as a professor and wanted to see students succeed. 15 question tests.

Advice for students:
I took the online section for both physics 203 and 204. The online lectures are formatted just like Khan academy videos. They are amazing and very easy to understand. Physics 203 was easier than 204. 204 is a lot more conceptual stuff. But all you really need at the end of the day for this course is good algebra and trig skills. No calculus needed.
