Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very upbeat and lively and knows what she's talking about and keeps things interesting by using real world applications to make better sense for the students to understand. She's also really funny and really sarcastic. She made the class enjoyable even though the material wasn't too fun.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was listening to the professor's opinions and thoughts about her views on certain topic on economics. I learned how supply and demand work, the prisoner's dilemma, elasticity of demand, and how to interpret all kinds of economic graphs..

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, she has clicker quizzes every class. Also, you need to read the textbook. You can't just look at her notes. A lot of her exam questions are tricky so you need to be familiar with the material before you go to lecture so you know what she's talking about. Take good notes. I used to record her lectures so I could replay them to see what Information I may have missed or to enforce the information in my head.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are interested in the basics of economics without the mathematical background. However, I would say that you do need to know a lot of the course materials to pass the exams

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of microeconomics, which were enough to continue on in the major.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before class and study the notes taken after class.
