    Compensation is an integral part of the Human Resource domain knowledge. This course introduces you to the concepts behind compensation and how to drive and motivate employees to achieve the organizational strategy.

    Course highlights:

    You get a great exposure to how companies use compensation to motivate, attract, and retain employees. Compensation is typically a company's largest expenses and thus, one of the most important talent issues, so with the knowledge that you gain in this course, you can become a valuable asset to any HR team.
