This is an excellent introduction course for anyone who is interested in studying nutrition and dietetics! The professor is very easy to understand and explains material and course expectations fully.
This course was very interesting and an enjoyable class to attend. Multiple topics are covered in the course including basic nutrition, nutrition and cultures, and nutrition and the economy.

I would advise that students taking this course should pay very close attention in lecture and actively take notes. Also the material covered in class should be reviewed periodic through out the unit.
