I would recommend this class for students of every major because the material we learned applies to students in their every day life.
I was given a firm foundation in the science of nutrition and became more aware of how to care for my health and wellbeing. In this course I also came up with my own diet to attain a long and healthy life.

To succeed you must attend every class, and take good notes. This is because a huge portion of the exams are based on the notes you take from class. I never read the textbook but I learned a lot from the lectures.
