    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Rosenstein has been teaching for a very long time and knows how to communicate clearly and effectively. The course is not easy and I recommend it only to mathematics majors or those with a strong interest in mathematics, but If you put in the work you'll at least do reasonably well.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to thinking more like a mathematician and developed strategies to approach proof problems. This course was very valuable for my future proof based courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do every problem that is assigned, and go to office hours to figure out the ones that you can't get on your own. Don't look up answers right away if you can't get a problem. Try to look at the logical construction of each problem to help you decide how to prove it. If all else fails, put things on paper thats related to the problem and see where it takes you.
