Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course helped me decide to minor in Psychology. It gave me a whole new world on how the mind works and how people's behaviors and actions can be caused my a larger issue.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the in class debates on different disorders. From this, I learned there are two sides to diagnosing and also to how people view abnormal disorders.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the extra credit and go to lecture, because it will change your mind(pun intended).

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course. Dr. Selby is a wonderful professor who actually teaches you things related to abnormal psychological. His lectures were pretty entertaining. He was also really great with accommodating make up exams!

    Course highlights:

I was a big fan of majority of the topics he discussed. He really went into depth with depression, bipolar and personality disorders. His lectures are pretty detailed, so if you miss a lecture or two, it won't set you back.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Grades are based solely off of exams. If you skim the book and really read over the slides you should be okay.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Leyro knew her material and was interesting. At first, the course seemed a bit boring. However after the first 3 weeks the material started to get really interesting. She made us memorize a lot of facts and numbers for her exams, which we a bit difficult. I got a B in the course and overall it was pretty good. You'll need to study in order to do well but the material is very interesting so it isn't too bad!

    Course highlights:

I leaned a lot of in-depth knowledge about different disorders. I was able to use this info in future psych courses that I have taken.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to be on top of all the homeworks and study for exams. Homeworks aren't difficult, and you get multiple tries on each question.
