Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this course last semester and I loved it! Mr. Herrera makes the class interesting and you learn a lot about him as well as your taste and sense of music throughout the course. There are readings and it is better to do them to assure you get as many clicker points as possible. I would totally recommend this course to others.

    Course highlights:

He touches on almost all genres of music and shows all connections. You will definitely leave the course knowing what music you will continue to listen to and which you will not.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are looking for a class that is 3 credits and fulfills a requirement I would definitely choose this one.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He is a great guy. Tests are somewhat difficult, but make sure you work hard on the papers. High grades on papers will get you at least a B+

    Course highlights:

Honestly, I did not learn much. But I liked him a lot. Cool guy, and if you take notes make sure you take them verbatim. Have fun in the class, and do not use the book much.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, and try to talk to him. Have a good time and ask questions.
