    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The exams are all open notes and she doesn't take attendance. She doesn't talk quickly, and she's more than happy to answer all of your questions. There's a few movies that shown throughout the course that is on the exam, but she also talks about the movies after they're done so people can understand the importance of them.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the history of Black people and how they came to America. I also learned about their cultures and societies. You also learn about modern revolutionary events that are made possible by Black people.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen to the professor and write down everything she says.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    There is no reason why i wouldn't recommend it. I think the class is very beneficial and students can learn a lot about the culture of African Americans.

    Course highlights:

    I gained knowledge hat is not taught in high school history classes, knowledge that is completely over looked. I've been given a different outlook on Africans and the history of African American people.

    Advice for students:

    Take notes and read the chapters and passages that the professors tells you about and participate in class. Raise your hand, share an opinion or a thought.

    Course Overview:

    It is very important to learn about african american culture and history because most of it is missing from the american history textbooks that are used in high school. You learn so much about what afro-americans have endured and overcome and it makes you appreciate the things you have in life today.

    Course highlights:

    The information I learned in this course was all very interesting. I learned about Youraba culture and the orisa they believed in.

    Pay attention in class, take good notes.
