Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Being in a sorority, I have been to many parties. Not being biased toward Greek organizations, but parties in fraternity row are usually the safest places, as they are monitored by police and administration.
Administration seems to do a good job on keeping parties with alcohol involved in good shape. However, it usually pretty noisy on campus, especially at nighttime with all the fire trucks, which happens almost every night.

I personally never liked eating at PCB. However, my favorite places to go would probably be Field of Greens, which is closing and I know a LOT of people are upset about that because it is considered to be one of the healthier options at UT.
