Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class overall is interesting in that you learn about other cultures and professor Pendry is passionate about her work. Small groups help as well, and there are small weekly writing assignments that aren't too bad.

    Course highlights:

It was eye opening to see how we affect other cultures, untouched by man, for selfish reasons. In general to see the differences in social norms and quality of life is something I enjoyed.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading. It is kinda difficult to get an A without it. As far as the textbook reading goes, that's mostly covered in class, but the ethnographies are definitely a must read for her tests.
