    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class was informative. You will need to understand the foods and tools needed for these foods for hiring caterers, and for the business if you decided to start your own event planning business.

    Course highlights:

    The biggest highlights in this class for me was becoming familiar with the food terms and tool terms. We all may think we know what the name of the food tools in our own kitchen, but I was surprised on the new tools that I learned about.

    The advice that I would give to future students is take the definitions seriously for the different foods and food tools.
