They say "drug free" and "dry campus", but they don't really take any action to prevent in unless you are caught using it. Even then, the "zero tolerance" is lenient.I am not involved in the bar club scene. Parties are held at fraternity houses and transportation is available.
It always depends on the individual. These statements can not be generalized in my opinion. Some individuals attend parties to meet others and get to know people which is why parties should be attended.

The dorms are getting better with the renovations being made, but sharing a room with one person and a bathroom with 3 others is intrusive and exhausting for the amount of money being paid for housing.
