    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Whaley was great! The material of the class was simple and mostly common sense. However, he made the class interesting and the information memorable.

    Course highlights:

    After taking this course I learned how to manage a food service business and also received my ServSafe certification.

    Make sure to read the chapters and pay attention to the lecture slides.
