Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I've had various issues with financial aid at UT. I had to transfer to a community college for one year and when I applied to transfer back, the said I was not allowed to receive any of my previous scholarships due to me transferring which i feel isn't fair.
They are doing their best, which is good enough for me. as a female I can say that I feel safe walking around campus.Food and dining were not the worst thing ever. I'd also say they aren't the best, but my home away from home was definitely Southern Kitchen and PCB.

Advice for students:
I loved staying on campus because I was placed in a living learning community. It was so welcoming and lovely and all the students helped to make it feel like a home away from home. Most housing is very expensive, with the best option being splitting costs with a number of friends.
