Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Keck is a really good teacher. He absolutely loves fish so anything you know about freshwater fish, especially in our area will definitely win you some brownie points. He goes off on tangents a lot but is really nice and approachable. His class can be kinda boring sometimes but try to stay awake and take some notes from what he says not just from the powerpoint slides.

    Course highlights:

He does a really good job of organizing the course. He starts with small things like cells and works up to the bigger picture like organ systems. It's a really good intro to biology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to go to the labs. They are easy points that will help boost your grade at the end. Also, try to take notes from what he says and not just the powerpoints. He posts the powerpoints online so you can look at those any time you want but may not always remember what he said about the slides.
