    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this class. I believe Mayfield is the only professor to teach it. She was amazing throughout the entire semester. I was in her office atleast once or twice a week and she was amazing help. She went over whatever you needed help with and made sure you understood the material before you left. This class was required and extremely difficult at times but if you stay on top of the readings, you will do great.

    Course highlights:

I've always been interested in Law, so I loved being able to learn everything I did. You will have several cases in class and on the exams and have to apply the right laws to them. A lot of them are very similar in ways, so it is very complex but super interesting. The overall class was an amazing learning experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the reading. If you do not review for atleast two hours after each class, you will not do well. I also do not suggest procrastinating and cram studying before exams. There is A LOT of information and the exams do not really focus on the laws but more on cases and how to apply laws to them. The class is difficult, but if you stay on top of your reading, you will do fine.

Ridiculous exams, pointless lectures, and annoying quizzes.

    Legal aspects of business conduct

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Buy the text book, attend lecture for the pop quizzes, but spend your time in lecture studying for other classes
