    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Lectures are interesting, lots of extra credit opportunity, highlighted notes are test questions

    Course highlights:

"World Tour" type class, but took time to identify current events in context

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the extra credit and go to class for the notes (literally answers to the tests)

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn about the cultures of the world and not specifically about geography. All countries were covered and the only problem I had was the project because even though she has guidelines for the paper, she has certain expectations about how you should write, so always be professional even if you are speaking from experience.

    Course highlights:

I learned more in this class than any other class and every region of the world is different in some way. Even if the geography is similar such as the climate and topography, the people themselves are different and experience different events. The economies are different and that could be due to the democracy and so much more and learning about how all of it connects is basically the purpose of the course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Even if your writing your papers from experience and from a perspective, never make it first person and do not have a conversation in the paper when trying to explain a concept. Everything that is read out of the book is of use and by not reading the book, you're only hurting yourself. Read and reread the chapters and find ways to put all of that information in your own words. Take good notes and do not have your cell phone out because she isn't nice when she's upset.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

His stories about the places that he has visited are really awesome and interesting

    Course highlights:

I honestly didn't learn where places are but more about the cultures of the places.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attendance is basically mandatory so go and try not to fall asleep
