Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This teacher's class was mostly lectures and early in the morning. However, she was clear on every topic and even posted notes online so that we could read them over and understand more. For tests, she would highlight what was going to be asked. It was a beneficial class in the way that it taught me a more positive perspective of food and how I could eat to better my health in the future.
I learned various aspects of nutrition ranging from necessary elements of intake including vitamins and minerals. I also learned how to more in depth read a food label and understand what I am putting into my body.

This course involves participation and attendance. It also requires effort to complete simple homework assignments and time management when studying for the tests. I recommend using flashcards on quizlet to first learn the lessons, then I would read through the chapters if you need extra help on a topic or find a video on Youtube.
