    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course. I learned so much about manufacturing costs and accounting. Also, McMickle is a great teacher.

    Course highlights:

I learned what goes into cost accounting. It is very detailed, and it involves many formulas to calculate manufacturing costs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard! Take notes and read all the assigned chapters. This is a tough course, and it requires your full attention. If you want to pass this course you can't sleep on the job. Stay up-to-date on the material, and you will be fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because Dr. Green is friendly, fair, helpful, and cares about her students success. This course requires you to memorize formulas and understand cost accounting concepts.

    Course highlights:

She allows students to ask questions and she takes the time to show her students how to solve the problems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to any students taking this course is to come to class everyday, do not take intermediate accounting the same semester you take this course, spend time studying and memorizes formulas. The test comes from the mock test in connect so do the mock exam problems in connect and work the mock exams she passes out to you in class. Study the vocabulary and make sure you understand the concepts.
