    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course pushed me to work as hard as I can and use many different resources to accomplish fashion design. I learned drawing techniques and how to find inspiration for my idea book.

    Course highlights:

Highlights were having a hands on experience for finding inspiration. We set out in San Francisco to outdoor areas and museums to take pictures of things that inspire us, print them out and put them in our idea book. We would then transfer this information into figure drawings and new clothing designs.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You're going to need to be serious, put in a lot of time and effort into the class. You'll learn a lot, but you really can't hide it if you're not putting in the time. It's difficult but well worth it.
