Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Matthew Jacobs has been no less than inspiring when I started learning about how to write a screenplay. Writing a screenplay has opened a whole new avenue for me to explore my imagination beyond any personal experiences my ideas may start from.

    Course highlights:

The best part is the instructor who guided me throughout the process of writing a screenplay. The process of idealization to asking "what if" questions to coming up with a beat sheet helped write the first draft. Everything was clear and concise.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare your imagination and write everything down. Everything you write down can potentially turn into a story.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Crafting a short film script is very difficult class but is a much needed class. This class will help you learn how to write a proper industry format script. It will teach you to think more upon the structure of your script more than the story.

    Course highlights:

The most important highlights of this course are, the way to format your script in industry format. It helps you craft your script and lets you share it with your classmates who at times have very good feedback which is very important.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Something important to pass this class is not to be afraid of what your story contains. Every story is powerful. Don't be afraid to give it your artistic vision. Also make sure to always have your script on you at all times.
