    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is only offered in the morning and Prof. Barbosa is easily confused and has a heavy accent. Go to office hours and ask questions, and make sure to know the things she points out in lecture!

    Course highlights:

Prof. Barbosa is very knowledgeable and provides all the notes in power points!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Start studying early and don't stop!

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is fairly straight forward. If you come to class and pay attention to lecture, it's easy to do well. The professor does a good job of emphasizing the things she finds important, and relates what we are learning to real life.

    Course highlights:

So far we have learned about different types of microorganisms and how they are able to affect human health. Labs are pretty neat, because we get to grow bacteria and then study them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you pay attention in the pre-requisite chemistry course, because many of the concepts go back to chem.
