    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was to hard for me to understand which is why I dropped it and changed my major back to teaching. This course is meant for those who have great study habits and are dedicated to becoming medical personnel.

    Course highlights:

I learned the bones im this class and I can still recite all the bones because of all the studying I did. You will learn a lot in this course about the human body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure of sure you study!! As many hours you are in class you need to study more outside of school. That is the only way you can succeed in this course. Take it from someone who has been there. If need be, take a course that helps you on taking notes and how to create new study habits. That can make a huge difference.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think it is a fun course though it's tough.

    Course highlights:

I love the labs. We learned how to use the microscope and we look at all these specimens. I think that's really neat.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be lazy. Go over your notes every night.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this class. Professor Hicks was an amazing teacher. He made very clear and understandable Power Points, and outlined his test according them. He was able to give in depth answers if we every had questions. He also paid attention to chapters students commonly struggled with. He also gave us tips on how to study, and what material was necessary for us to know.

    Course highlights:

We learned the primary aspects of biology. The class studied cell life, metabolism, energy transfer, atoms, and many other aspects of life. We also took part in a Science Fair and were required to present a simple experiment.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely make flash cards for this course! In order to really understand what is being taught, you have to fully understand the vocabulary that's used. Also, taking notes from the Power Points is very helpful. Because he teaches so much from them, this is the best way to gather and understand the information from this course.
