    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Even though the course work may be heavy at times it is a beneficial class to take with the professor.

    Course highlights:

Learned how to be a better writer. Also learned how to expand my thoughts and showed how I feel on certain things.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If the homework says to read than read, you will never know when she's going to ask questions about the homework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Horn made this class completely do-able. 30 minutes per day guaranteed you an A, and all he asked was that you did your best. He very clearly laid out what was expected, and he was nearly always available to answer any and all questions. He's a very nice guy who genuinely wants the best for his students.

    Course highlights:

My absolute favorite part of this course was turning in my research paper at the end of the semester. That was the best feeling in the world because I had worked so hard all semester to get to that point. Professor Horn focused his attention on teaching us how to write a research paper and laid out exact steps that were easy to follow.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your best. Follow the rules exactly how he says, and you'll do fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because the professor is excellent. She genuinely cares about your learning experience tries cater to each class differently.

    Course highlights:

I took AP English for 2 years in high school. Many of the things I learned in this class were different than what I have previously learned. I learned more about research, how to make affective argument without being biased, and other grammar concepts.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to do the readings required for the class, I well as taking notes over the concepts. This class builds up on concepts learned over the semester and you use these concepts for the final paper and exam.
