    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course has two teachers that "co-teach". It is very hard to comprehend because of the different teaching styles and methods they have from each other. There is no consistency in how information is being delivered because of this and therefore a lack in receiving and remembering the material.

    Course highlights:

I did enjoy learning about the historical context of the New Testament.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take really good notes, do the assigned reading, and study with other classmates because there are pop quizzes and they're extremely hard.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor is amazing! I would take it again if I could. He truly cares about his students as people rather than just grades. Definitely a must take!

    Course highlights:

We learned about the entire Old Testament in one semester, therefore the information goes fast, and he cannot go to far into depth on any certain part because there is so much information to cover.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This course depends on the teacher. It has the potential to be super hard, or not too bad. The test you have to study for but doable.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ashlock is a wonderful professor. He uses powerpoints but also engages the students to talk by rewarding Dumdums. Canvas is your best friend.

    Course highlights:

We get Dumdums! (only if you participate) I learned a lot about the old testament that I didn't know already.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention during class when he is going through the power points because he is literally giving you all the answers to his exams. Quizlet is your best friend.
