Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was absolutely life changing. You come out of the course with more information that can help you in the future.

    Course highlights:

Having those essays was the highlight of this course. With that being said, writing the essays, doing peer reviews, 20 titles, etc. helped me visualize the mistakes I'd made. This course helped me correct the mistakes I continued to make in my papers,

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to use all of the time given wisely when you receive the due date and requisite for upcoming papers. Take notes during your professors lectures because they come in handy when it comes to how your paper should be set up etc.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It takes more than 12 years to fluently learn to speak and write English, but this class teaches you the things you were never taught in those 12 years in less than a year. In a single semester, I learned to expand my sentences, my grammar improved, and my writing ability excelled.

    Course highlights:

In addition to improving skills I may have already had, this class also teaches you how to research and summarize your research to put it in your own words without plagiarism.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is a great opportunity for a student, but it requires a lot of hard work and effort from the student to be successful.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It requires an excessive amount of time and outside work. Though the instructor will assist you, her grading style is difficult to manage. I would recommend this course with a different professor, or testing out through an exam.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to style a report, and write more concise essays. The textbooks are excellent - especially the small light blue one that goes over grammar and sentence structures.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please be willing to put in a lot of time and effort. Actually revise your work. Then leave it for a day and edit it again -- you will catch more mistakes when viewing it with fresh eyes.
