    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course helps students learn more about the depths of American History. This course is hard but if you study and stay on task, there will be a positive outcome.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I did not want to be a history teacher. History is all about learning the past obviously and I want to make new things.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your assignments. If it is not required, do it anyways because the professor will respect you more.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Because this class is a Dual Credit class, and the value of taking it in high school is amazing, I definitely recommend it. On the other hand, the professor wrote his own books that has many obvious errors in it, his online tests were riddled with questions that would count the right answer wrong, and the discussions were basically completion grades (for those of us who tried hard on these, that kinda sucked). In the end the experience was not pleasant, leaving no Canyon High School student that took his class wanting to go to Amarillo college by choice.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about the Gilded Age and the World Wars, but that is just the reading part. The professor made no effort to make any of his assignments interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study for the tests. They are online with a time limit, so you have to keep focused for the duration of the test.
