    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took the course online so that I could work full time during the summer. The course work and work load were definitely manageable, and the professor was helpful anytime I emailed her with questions. The testing center was also very cooperative with scheduling around my work hours. I have actually recommended this course in person to classmates because of how well constructed the class was.

    Course highlights:

This course was basic algebra. It was easily and well explained. The homework was simple and predictable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need a math credit, and don't need in person instruction, take this course. Just keep up with your homework and show up to tests on time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

My professor, Mr. Blackmon, was an amazing professor. I have always struggled with math, but he made it fun. The homework wasn't too difficult, as it was done online and there were examples for the problems. The notes and lectures during class were easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

I knew quite a bit of the class from high school algebra classes. This definitely came in handy with certain things throughout the course. I was never in a pre-calculus class, so that portion of the class was difficult. However, my professor was great.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When you take the class, don't buy the book. We almost never used it. About half of the class didn't buy a book, and the professor would print out any pages that were necessary. The homework was online and even had sections of the textbook where, if it was needed, was provided.
