Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took a lot of information from this course about every age group, from before birth to death. Developmental Psychology helped me better understand people of different age groups, how we age, learn and more. Dr. McNulty is also one of my favorite professors so far. She does really well with explaining and putting things into perspective.

    Course highlights:

To me, the highlight of this course was the entire course itself. What I found most interesting was the learning perspective of development in younger children, as well as the stereotypes for each age group. For example, some parents may think their toddler is smarter than others but in reality they are pretty average like with language, they could begin speaking anywhere between 12 months and 24 months.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The test reviews help A LOT! Print them out as soon as possible and fill them out during class in place of notes. Also, start studying ahead of time and make sure you understand every topic on the reviews. Don't skip so you won't miss any of participation grades either and always go to discussion!
