    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class has so many helpful problems and scenarios. As opposed to subjects that make students question if they will ever use the material again, this class will present real life examples. Also, the professor is excellent. He helps when a student is having trouble understanding and is great at helping out.

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater understanding in multiple areas. I learned countless methods used by people to vote including in the presidential election that i never knew were used. I also learned how to calculate interests on loans and payments. Learning how to do that is extremely helpful especially as a student who is starting out.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this coarse a student must pay attention to the material being explained. Take notes and make sure you are understanding the notes and the situations and how to solve them. If there might be any trouble understanding the material, don't hesitate in asking the professor for help. He is there to help and will be more than happy to do so.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because Mrs. Hoover is such a great person, and an amazing teacher! She really knows how to break down the material so it's easier to understand, and she really cares about you and your grade. She helps you to the best of her ability.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was being able to work with my peers on the problems, so when we compared answers and one of us got it wrong we would be able to fix it right away. I learned that showing up to class goes a long way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just show up to class, take the notes, do your homework and you will be fine.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would this course because it was hands-on and taught at your level of mathematics. It opened up my eyes to seeing how formulas and real world situations applied to us on a daily basis.

    Course highlights:

The highlights I gained from this course was being able to work collaboratively after skills were taught and discussed among the group.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To take advantage of the hands-on collaboration and learn how to apply it to the real world.
