It helps you learn more about the business world and how it works. It teaches you the steps of becoming a better communicator and grasping the audience attention.
The highlights is that I learned a lot, I learned how to get my point across in a certain time limit because simply talking too much and missing your pin points will confuse your audience. I learned how to plan my ideas on a chart from start to finish. You learn about body language and things that can distract your audience.
