Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class gives a great idea of the study and history of psychology. It is engaging to hear the lecture and the examples of different studies are simple to understand. Along with that, our professor's note outlines make the studying more simplified and less time consuming.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course I've learned the history of psychology, how the brain works in regards to memory, the brains development through pruning, and even how it works when the two hemispheres are not connected. I've also learned research techniques and the pros and cons of different kinds of study observations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To do well in this class it is important to study and pay full attention to the lectures. For studying, make flash cards to learn key terms and rewrite your notes. Rewriting your notes helps you retain information because you process the information as you write it. Start studying earlier than when the review is given and always learn as much of the information on the review as possible.
