    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr. Rogers is kind, courteous, and is extremely invested in the learning of his students. He loves what he does and it really shines through during his class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be more reflective and seek feedback from others to improve my leadership capability. I also learned how to be more self-reliant. I also learned how to work and collaborate within a group setting and learn from those within my team.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to go into class each day with an open mind. I would also advise students to seek out the help of their teammates and really focus on how you behave and work within the team setting.
