Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend Dr. Harvill for the BIO 1306 course because his exams are formatted fairly.

    Course highlights:

As a pre-health student, the highlights of this course were the chapters over the human body. I took anatomy & physiology in high school, so getting to relearn this material was exciting to me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the required textbook and understand what it is talking about. Pay attention to terminology. Attend as many SI sessions as possible (student-lead tutor session).

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Harvill is one of my favorite professors. He makes Biology so entertaining through his lecture. He is also very helpful during his office hours, which I highly recommend! His tests are straightforward and fair, as long as you actually study.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about Biology as well how to study effectively and be a successful college student.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and do not study the night before. College is not high school.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Good course of your premed but don't use it as a science elective.

    Course highlights:

Really prepared me in the critical thinking that comes with Biology instead of just mesmerizing terms.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just keep up on the reading and review the material.
