    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Jones is one of the most caring professors I have had in college and genuinely wants his students to succeed. However, he teaches organic chemistry which is not an easy subject. Live by the book and his in class assignments and you will do outstanding. Go to his office hours for help and he'll sit with you for at least twenty minutes to be absolutely certain you understand the material.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight for me was that I was able to gain a mentor and he was the one who made me want to change my major to chemistry. I learned and mastered organic chemistry as well as learned some real world applications of what we learned in class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Understand his worksheets and online homework. If you can answer those questions and know the chapter extremely well, you're almost guaranteed a B on his tests.
