    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the tests were easy and straight forward. However, taking good notes is a necessity.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from this course. I learned about our government and how it works.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study for the tests, do not fall asleep during lectures.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Burnside clearly knows the material he teaches, and will answer any question you ask. However, he doesn't always agree with the textbook, so be on guard when he starts with "the authors of your book say..." because he will state what he thinks direct after this, and that is what he tests on.

    Course highlights:

I gained a deeper knowledge as to how Texas government works, and where the similarities between it and the national government were.. There aren't too many differences actually.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take lots of notes during the lecture, and be sure to study the slides he posts on Ecampus, they will save your grade.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Lewis is very knowledgeable on the subject. She is very interesting and makes the class not boring.

    Course highlights:

I gained a different perspective on the national government. I learned it is a very complicated environment and political parties add to that a lot. I also learned it is very important to get involved by voting and letting your representative know your opinion.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class and participate. Do the homeworks on time. Study the review with the notes online.
