    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course gives a detailed description of the judicial system and gives the student the tools necessary to enter many types of business related encounters with confidence of a strong background and knowledge or important proceedings

    Course highlights:

I learned the details of writing a contract and the requirements necessary to make any contract valid; between sellers, buyers, family and friends in addition to how to write a contract without breaching any laws invalidating it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to the class recordings and read one section of the required readings every day. However, do not just read the sections, take notes and fully understand what you are reading to lay a firm foundation for the next section.
