    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course covers a variety of topics about the human body and different exercises.

    Course highlights:

    We stayed active by running and doing various exercises while also learning about them. We learned what muscles certain exercises work, for instance.

    Advice for students:

    Be ready to work hard both physically and mentally.
