    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Great teacher that will do anything to help you understand. He goes at a good pace and does a very good job of explaining the steps.

    Course highlights:

He made the course applicable to real life situations. He would show us how we could use the equations in the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to his office hours and pay attention in class. He's a very good teacher, but shares a lot about his personal life and his divorce in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Olson is a wonderful teacher that explains the material in the most simplest form for all different types of learning. Her course comes with a course packet that is filled throughout class step by step. She makes calculus enjoyable!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course have to be the packets and worksheets given in class. They are detailed and explain the material in an understandable manner. So far I have learned simpler way to find derivatives, anti-derivatives, shortcuts on finding solutions for f(x) etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to you, would be to keep up with the work. Make friends with your classmate because they will make the course enjoyable. Always ask questions, Mrs. Olson will help you out to the best of her ability. Go to the math tutoring center, they can show you different ways to find a solution to a problem as well. Try your best to not fall behind the computer work, they are great practice for the test and quizzes.
