    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I was told I needed a PE credit, which I was perfectly fine with since I love working out. I was expecting to hit the weight-room and be assigned moderate workouts that would help keep me in shape. Turns out the majority of the course is taking tests over a textbook, and even writing essays! While the course was not hard, I still was not expecting what is actually was. I would much rather get to participate in sports or working out.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about health information such as dieting, what drugs do to your body, etc. While some of it was information I already knew, it was interesting to learn the specific effects of drugs, what foods contained specific vitamins and minerals, and other tidbits of information like those.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Specifically, read the entire chapter of the PE textbook before starting the quiz. You might think it will be easy enough to flip through the book and find the answers, but trust me when I say reading the material and then testing over it will help you out so much.
